Jamon L. McClain M.Ed, Principal

I am originally from Canton, Ohio as I am a product of Canton City schools where I faced some of the same obstacles your scholars have encountered or will encounter throughout their young lives. I was a two-sport athlete as I played basketball and football at McKinley Sr. High School for 4 years. I then went on to receive a full ride scholarship to play football at the University of Findlay. I was a four year starter as I finished my college years with a degree in Early Childhood Education. After working in Canton City Schools for a few years I then went and pursued my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at Cleveland State University where I graduated in 2018. I share with you a few of my accomplishments as a testament of what consistency, accountability, support and hard work did for me and can do for your scholars as well.

Darryl Lindsay, Regional Vice President

Mr. Darryl Lindsay joined ACCEL Schools in 2013 as the founding Dean of Student Life & Management at Canton College Preparatory School and was promoted to Principal there in 2017. Prior to ACCEL Schools, Mr. Lindsay worked as an educator in public and charter K-8 schools in Ohio, Florida, and Michigan.

Community School

Case Preparatory Academy is a public, community school. We are our own school district sponsored by Richland Academy of the Arts which provides oversight and enforces academic, fiscal, and legal accountability. We are managed by ACCEL Schools, a high performing network of over 50 charter schools located throughout the United States.
